The Elysium Botanicals Wine Club keeps things simple: great wine, good people, and a community-first mindset. We feature affordable, high-quality wines from small vineyards that care about the land, and your membership helps support local causes—like animal rescue—and local talent through live music and events all year long. Organizations we donate to include Hopes Haven, Friends of Felines, Chinitimini Wildlife Center, the Heartland Humane Society, and Little Critter Crew.

Terms & Conditions
- You are declaring that you are 21 years of age or older.
- I authorize my credit card to be billed in accordance with the membership program I selected, including applicable sales tax and shipping fees (shipping fees vary depending on quantity and shipping method).
- You must take delivery of the first wine club release in order to activate wine club benefits.
- Every wine club release will be billed no more than 3 weeks before the Wine Club Pickup Party date.
- All customizations to your wine club shipment must be equal to or greater in value than the pre-selected wines. The order value per shipment varies based on the wines being released.
- Orders cannot be shipped to a post office box and must be signed for by someone at least 21 years of age.
- I understand that if I am not home to receive my wine club shipment, a $25 fee will be charged to the card on file for the second delivery attempt.
- If it is necessary to cancel your membership, that request must be received at least 30 days before a club shipment.
- Termination of membership may be requested following the receipt of two wine club release shipments.
- You may opt to skip one club release per calendar year, but not consecutively.
- Early cancellation, or lack of fulfillment, will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
- All club releases must be picked up within 90 days after the Wine Club Pickup Party; otherwise, a $15% restocking fee will apply, and a credit will be issued to your store account (no refunds).
- Online retail sales, including wine club sales, can be shipped to most states except Delaware, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Utah. Arkansas and New Jersey have special restrictions, and additional restrictions may apply, including bottle and volume limits.
* For every bottle sold, a $2 donation goes toward one of the local animal rescue groups in Polk and nearby counties that we list on our website. Quarterly donations are paid within 30 days after all wine club pickups. Some organizations we support include Hopes Haven, Friends of Felines, Chinitimini Wildlife Center, the Heartland Humane Society, and Little Critter Crew.
